Overview

Kyajo Ri Peak Climbing is one of Nepal’s most technical trekking peak expeditions, located in the remote Khumbu valley above Namche Bazaar. Rising to 6,186 meters, Kyajo Ri offers a true alpine-style climbing experience with steep snow faces, mixed rock and ice sections, and exposed ridgelines.

Unlike popular trekking peaks such as Island Peak, Kyajo Ri demands strong technical skills, making it ideal for experienced climbers seeking a serious challenge in the Everest region. The summit rewards climbers with breathtaking views of Everest, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Baruntse.
